3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
(U.S. E-commerce Returns)

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the hygienic nature of our medical-grade cushions, we accept returns only on:
- Unused products
- In original, unopened packaging
- Within 30 days of purchase date
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used products
- Items altered or damaged by the customer
- Custom or personalized orders
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:

- If approved, mail your package to:

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
4. REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
