3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

(U.S. E-commerce Returns)

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the hygienic nature of our medical-grade cushions, we accept returns only on:

  1. Unused products‍
  2. In original, unopened packaging‍
  3. Within 30 days of purchase date

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items altered or damaged by the customer
  • Custom or personalized orders

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. If approved, mail your package to:

  1. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

4. REFUNDS
